Amy Thatcher, P.E. is a Senior Water Resources Engineer at Otak, with extensive experience in industrial stormwater compliance, remediation projects, sediment capture facilities design, and stormwater planning and management. Amy has a background in hydraulic engineering from their time at the Bureau of Reclamation, where Amy developed reservoir operational models and mentored student interns. Amy's expertise also includes project management, proposal efforts, and grant writing for municipal water resource projects from their time at AQUA Engineering. With a BS and ME in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their engineering roles.
