Jon Yamashita is an experienced professional in land surveying, currently serving as the OR/SW WA Regional Director and Director of Land Surveying at Otak since March 2014, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, project estimating, planning, and personnel management. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Vice President of Surveying at MacKay Sposito from March 1992 to February 2014, overseeing a large team of survey professionals and field crews across multiple states. Additionally, Jon chaired the board of Leadership Clark County from June 2007 to June 2010, leading a community leadership training initiative. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Portland State University and an Associate of Applied Science degree from Clark College.
