Tina Keller is an experienced professional with a strong background in administrative and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving as Project Coordinator Manager and Administrative Services Manager at Otak since August 2018, Tina provides leadership for the Vancouver office, supervising administrative staff and overseeing all office functions. Previously, as Director of Operations at SERA Architects from August 2015 to August 2018, Tina developed integrated strategies and tools impacting firm-wide performance and managed various projects including internal office design and new software implementation. Tina's earlier roles include Administrative Services Manager at the City of Portland Bureau of Transportation and Manager of Contracts and Administrative Services at SERA Architects, showcasing expertise in organizational management, sustainability initiatives, and administrative services. Tina holds a BA in Interior Design/Art History from Western Washington University and a Certificate in Strategic Organizational Management from Portland State University.
