Ben Stiles

Ben Stiles is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in infrastructure and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Field CTO for OTAVA®, Ben previously held the position of Digital Transformation and Solutions Executive at Softchoice. Prior to that, Ben was the Vice President of Transformation at Eplexity and held multiple roles at Faction, Inc., including Technical Director for Strategic Accounts and Solutions Engineering Manager. Ben's leadership tenure includes serving as the Director of Infrastructure at DHI Group, overseeing global operations for brands such as Dice.com and eFinancialCareers, as well as similar roles at onTargetjobs and Urban Lending Solutions. Ben's career began at Lockheed Martin and TrueLogic Financial, where valuable systems administration experience was gained. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colorado State University.
