Relevant industry experience in prior roles such as:
Proven expertise in (renewable) commodities: Strong knowledge of biofuels, feedstock, energy, carbon, biogas, certificate trading, and related markets.
Affinity with OTC Sales: Demonstrated experience and strong affinity with Over-the-Counter (OTC) sales of (environmental) commodities or financial products.
Entrepreneurial mindset: A natural ability to identify the right stakeholders and trading opportunities, take ownership, and drive growth.
Exceptional sales and communication skills: A master communicator—proficient in cold calling, email/chat correspondence, and face-to-face meetings—with the charisma and skill to build and maintain lasting relationships.
A born closer: Extremely productive, demonstrating continuous P&L growth and the ability to close fast-paced deals.
Autonomous and results-oriented: Highly self-motivated, able to work independently with a extreme focus on achieving targets and goals.
Strategic thinking: Skilled at aligning personal and company objectives to deliver impactful, long-term results.
High energy and drive: Outgoing, proactive, and motivated to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Plug-and-Play adaptability: Ready to seamlessly integrate into a high-performing team and hit targets from day one.
Winning mentality
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in either; German, Polish, French, Spanish, Italian or any Nordic language, along with excellent English communication skills.
