Luc Ganivet

Luc Ganivet serves as Chief Innovation Officer and Vice President, Head of Innovation and Applications at Oterra since April 2021. Additionally, Luc holds the position of President and a member of the Board of Directors for NATCOL Association from July 2018. Prior to current roles, Luc worked at Chr. Hansen A/S from January 1999 to April 2021, where notable positions included Vice-President, Head of Research and Development, and Senior Director of Innovation in the Natural Colors Division. Earlier experience includes working at the Ambassade de France in Japan as Chargé de Mission Biotechnologies from February 1997 to July 1998. Luc obtained an Engineer’s Degree in Biotechnology, Agronomy & Food Sciences from ENSAIA from 1993 to 1996 and attended McGill University - Macdonald Campus in 1996.
