Guido Pollé has extensive experience in IT leadership roles, currently serving as IT Team Lead at Otherside at Work since November 2020. Prior to this, Guido held several positions at Arconic, including BU European IT Infrastructure Lead and SMO IT Infrastructure Support Lead, from November 2016 to November 2020. Guido's career also includes significant roles at Alcoa as ISD Country Leader for GE/NL/NO and Infrastructure Leader for NL, and experience at IBM as an On Site Support Engineer. Early in the career, Guido worked as a Trainer for Quantaris, focusing on Notary Office software and MS Word. Guido holds a Master's degree in Leisure Studies from Tilburg University and a Master's in Economics from the same institution.
