Kenneth Ernst

Kenneth Ernst serves as the Senior Director of InMarket Product Support at Oticon since June 2020, where responsibilities include leading the vision for product support and developing team competencies aligned with product quality and business strategies. Prior to Oticon, Kenneth held several key positions, including Senior Manager at Logitech, where focus was on quality management system implementation, and Global Head of Customer Care & Quality at Foxconn, overseeing device repairability and online support. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Devices Quality at Microsoft, managing global quality aspects, and various roles at Nokia, including Head of APAC Customer Quality and Senior Manager of Life Cycle Management. Kenneth began the career with roles at BK Medical and Philips, gaining comprehensive technical support and product management expertise. Kenneth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and has completed a Nokia leadership development program.
