Susan Marcus

Susan Marcus has over 16 years of experience in the elevator and industrial sectors, currently serving as the Director of Modernization at Otis Elevator Co. since August 2007. In this role, Susan has also held positions as Head of Sales Excellence and Digital Marketing and Sales Head for Key Accounts and Major Projects, focusing on strategic sales initiatives. Prior to Otis, Susan worked at Ingersoll Rand from June 2004 to August 2007 as a Key Account Manager and Product Manager for Bobcat. Susan holds a Diploma in Financial Analysis and Financial Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, completed in August 2023, and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Indian School of Business in November 2021. Susan earned an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur.
