Meghan Shelkin is currently serving as the People Operations Coordinator at OTJ Architects since November 2022. Prior to this role, Meghan held positions at Freedom Mortgage, including Project Coordinator and Data Analyst for the First Flyer Program from October 2020 to December 2022. Educationally equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University, where Meghan also gained experience as a NCAA Compliance Graduate Assistant and Intern. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant in the Executive Office of the President at Temple University and NCAA Compliance Internships at both Holy Family University and the University of Kansas, further emphasizing a strong foundation in compliance and operational coordination. Early career experience includes work with the Philadelphia Phillies as Entertainment Staff and an IT Intern Team Lead at Freedom Mortgage.
