Suzanne McClendon has a solid work experience in various roles related to human resources and legal support. Suzanne began their career at Denny's in 1991 as a Legal Administrator and worked there until 1998. Suzanne then joined Michelin North America as a Paralegal from 1998 to 2004. After that, they worked at Advance America as a Legal and Compliance Manager from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they served as the Office Manager and Paralegal to the Chairman/CEO at JHM Hotels from 2008 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been working at OTO Development, starting as a Paralegal and progressing to roles such as Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner, and currently, Director of Human Resources.

Suzanne McClendon earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate degree in Public Service/Paralegal from Greenville Technical College, where they attended from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they completed an Associates degree in Business Management from Spartanburg Methodist College, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
