Balazs Kertesz is a seasoned professional in corporate credit risk management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Credit Risk Process Development Unit at OTP Bank since June 2019, Balazs focuses on the development of systems and processes for non-standard corporate financing. Prior roles include Senior Manager for a group-wide non-standard corporate workflow project, and leadership positions in commercial underwriting and fraud prevention at Budapest Bank Zrt. An earlier tenure at Budapest Bank and GE involved significant responsibilities in risk management, restructuring, and corporate credit committees. Balazs's career began at Citibank Hungary as an early warning officer. Educational qualifications include an MBA in management and finance from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Financial Support Services.
