Anna Bearden is an accomplished Accounts Receivable Analyst at OTR Solutions, with experience managing over 50 brokerage accounts totaling over 17 million dollars since August 2022. Prior to this, Anna served as a Paraprofessional and Clerk I within the Cobb County School District, supporting student learning and assisting visitors with school inquiries. Extensive experience in customer service includes roles at Bruster's Real Ice Cream as Shift Manager and Crew Leader, as well as a Virtual Receptionist at Communication Business Services, Inc. Anna began their career as a Student Assistant in the Georgia Southern University Office of Student Activities, managing communications for the office. Anna earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southern University in 2018.
