Asha West, PHR, serves as a Senior Human Resources Specialist in Employee Relations at OTR Capital since February 2019, previously holding the role of Human Resources Specialist. Asha began the HR career as a Human Resources Intern at Standard Textile in 2018, where responsibilities included candidate recruitment and event planning. Prior experience includes Summer Conference Staff at Xavier University, Telesales Intern at Anthem, and a server position at Sedgebrook. Asha holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Xavier University, with a major in Human Resources and minors in Psychology.
