Fredy Quiroz is an experienced accounts receivable analyst currently employed at OTR Capital since July 2021. Prior to this role, Fredy served as an airline customer service agent at Avianca from September 2017 to July 2020, achieving an impressive supervisor rating of 80% and receiving multiple accolades for exceptional customer service. Fredy also worked as a sales manager at Inducast S.A.S. between January 2016 and August 2017, contributing to significant projects such as the sale of materials for a mega gas pipeline for Sacyr and collaborating with an oil refinery. Earlier experience includes an apprenticeship at Almagrario, where Fredy developed a digital storage system for customs documentation and assisted with inspections and nationalization processes. Fredy holds a degree in International Business Management from Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz, earned between June 2009 and June 2013.
