Jay West is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in network management and infrastructure development. Currently serving as the IT Manager at OTR Solutions since April 2020, Jay leads a team in evaluating customer infrastructures and implementing tailored improvements. Previously, Jay held various managerial positions, including NOC Manager at Qsource Networks, where responsibilities included monitoring network performance and client communications, and Director of IT at multiple organizations, overseeing software and hardware development as well as network architecture. Jay’s consulting experience involved providing network and PC support while managing Windows servers and network devices. Jay's educational background includes studies at Kennesaw State University and the University of West Georgia.
