Julio Cesar Moreno Bustillos is a seasoned software testing professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and software development. Currently serving as a Software Developer Engineer in Test at OTR Solutions since June 2021, Julio previously held positions at Omnico Group, Ingenico Group, CST Sensors and Technologies, Infosys, and Softtek. With a strong background in both front-end and back-end web applications, Julio has implemented test management tools, led QA processes, and contributed to automation teams, particularly in the banking sector. Julio holds a degree in Computing Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California and a Computing Technician certification from Centro de Bachillerato Tecnológico Industrial y de Servicios #41.
