Laura Fong has extensive experience in both account management and educational roles. Currently serving as an Account Manager at OTR Solutions since September 2021, Laura has previously held positions as a Senior Account Coordinator and Account Coordinator. At VIPKid from April 2019 to September 2021, Laura taught over 4,800 ESL classes to more than 900 students in China. Additionally, Laura worked as an Actor with Aligned Stars Agency LLC, participating in commercial bookings, and served as Manager-on-Duty Plus at Ross Stores, Inc., maintaining high customer service standards. Other roles include a Web Designer for SECRET GARDEN SOAP, INC. and Marketing Intern at Gainesville Theatre Alliance. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Brenau University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of North Georgia.
