Peter Corrigan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Peter has held positions such as Senior Vice President (SVP) Finance, Vice President Corporate Development, Executive Director Corporate Development, and Director of Strategic and Financial Planning. Peter has also worked as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at OTR Solutions and CEDAR CX Technologies, where they played a key role in the successful sale of the company to Precisely Software. Additionally, Peter has experience in financial due diligence, profitability analysis, and investment consulting from their time at PwC as a Manager in Transaction Services FDD. Peter started their career as a Senior Audit Associate at EY.
Peter Corrigan attended Bucknell University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Peter then enrolled at the University of Florida in 2002 and completed their Master's degree in Accounting in 2003. Additionally, Peter has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Georgia and the State of Florida, although the specific dates of their certification are unknown.
