Taylor Ricci, MS, currently serves as the Lead of Reporting and Analytics at OTR Solutions, where responsibilities include collaborating with Product Owners and Developers to enhance employee and customer experiences through data-driven insights. Previous experience includes roles such as Customer Experience Manager, Business Intelligence Analyst, and Credit Analyst at Porsche South Orlando, focusing on marketing strategies and customer relations. Taylor has also held positions at Walt Disney World and Hilton. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Connecticut State University.
