Paul Albert

Paul Albert is a distinguished academic and researcher with extensive experience in the field of psychiatry and neuroscience. Currently serving as a Professor at the University of Ottawa since December 1995, Paul also holds the position of co-Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Psychiatry and Neuroscience at the Canadian Medical Association since July 2020. Additionally, Paul has been a Senior Scientist at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute since 2001. Previous roles include Associate Professor at McGill University from May 1989 to December 1995. Paul completed a post-doctoral degree in Molecular Biology at Oregon Health & Science University and earned a PhD in Pharmacology from Harvard University, following a Bachelor's degree in Physiology with a minor in Biochemistry from McGill University.
