Jon Mendenhall

Jon Mendenhall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and process management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Process Quality Engineering at Otter Products, Jon manages quality engineering teams across North America and APAC, overseeing budget creation and compliance support. Jon’s previous roles include managing various engineering teams, developing quality management systems, and leading supplier improvements. In addition to work at Otter Products, Jon actively contributes as a Subject Matter Expert at SCORE Mentors, supports production and social media initiatives with Wild Resources, and owns Mendenhall Productions LLC. Jon's earlier career includes significant positions at Horizon Hobby, Honeywell International, Aisin Light Metals, and PENN Aluminum International, showcasing a strong foundation in quality assurance and product development. Jon earned a BS in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
