Josh Lippard

Josh Lippard currently serves as Vice President & General Counsel at Otto Aviation since April 2025 and is also a member of TechGC, starting in December 2023. Prior to his current roles, Lippard was Vice President & General Counsel at Hadrian from March 2024 to April 2025, overseeing legal affairs and strategic counsel on corporate governance. From December 2020 to February 2024, Lippard worked at Splunk as Director & Managing Legal Counsel, focusing on cyber incidents and breaches. Lippard's experience includes serving as Senior Counsel for Autonomous Systems at Boeing from June 2013 to September 2020, where contract negotiation and risk management were primary responsibilities. Lippard holds an AB in History from Princeton University and two Master in Public Policy degrees in International Trade and Finance from Harvard Kennedy School.
