Joseph Burke is the current CEO and Co-Founder at Ottometric. Joseph previously worked as an Engineering Project Manager at Analog Devices from January 2000 to December 2009. Some of their recent projects included work in the area of company acquisitions, crises management, and startup advising. In addition, they have also been an expert witness in all aspects of semiconductor manufacture, testing, and design. Joseph has also held various titles throughout their career such as VP of Engineering, Vice President of Engineering, Director of engineering, CTO, and COO.

Joseph Burke has a MS in Engineering from Northeastern University, an engineering degree from University College Cork, and a certificate in Executive Program in Business Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Joseph has also completed the Startup, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship program at SLP, the RYA Yachtmaster program at Sail Cork, and the Colaiste Christ Ri program. In 2017, they received certification from SLP Boston as an SLP Fellow and from PMI MassBay Chapter as a PMP.
