Rich Redelfs is an experienced executive and advisor with a career spanning several decades in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as an Independent Advisor, CEO Coach, and Board Member for various companies since 2016, Rich is also a Board Member at Ottometric, which has innovated automotive test-drive validation through an AI-based software platform, and at Quadric, known for its high-performance general purpose neural processing unit. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of the Board at ACCO and Cyphort Inc., General Partner at Foundation Capital, and President and CEO of Atheros Communications. Rich holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
