Nick Poles

Nicholas Poles is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in leadership, education, and software engineering. Currently serving as Senior Team Lead at OunceIT LLC since June 2022, Nicholas leads a team of IT technicians, focusing on task prioritization, mentorship, and technical training. Previously, Nicholas held key positions at The Roxbury Latin School, including Director of Information Services, where oversight of technology operations and the implementation of a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program took place. Nicholas began their career as an Associate Software Engineer at Fidelity Investments, contributing to performance engineering and web-based interface development. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
