Keith Bates

Keith Bates is an experienced IT and operations professional with a strong background in managing IT systems and customer services across various organizations. Currently serving as IT Manager at Our Next Energy (ONE), Keith deploys and manages IT and business systems, including Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, and others, while overseeing server management and endpoint devices. Previously, as Chief Operations and Services at Advantive, Keith led the integration of DataNet Quality Systems into Advantive's operations. Keith's extensive experience at DataNet included roles as Director of Operations and Customer Services, Customer Relationship Manager, and Customer Application Engineer, focusing on technical support and professional services. Keith holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
