Codi Guild

Codi Guild, MBA, is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management at Our World Energy, Codi manages over 3000 active solar projects with a team of 50+ offshore project coordinators and 6 US-based project managers, achieving significant reductions in project completion timelines through process improvements and training initiatives. Previously, as Director of Operations at Guild Golf Carts LLC, Codi developed efficient inventory management and CRM systems, enhancing operational capabilities. Additional roles include experience in startup management, communications, customer service at Tesla, and marketing design. Codi holds an MBA and a BA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from George Fox University.
