Ely Razin

Ely Razin serves as the Chief Strategic Investments Officer at OurCrowd since December 2023, focusing on institutional capital-raising and investment in funds and startups globally. Razin has extensive experience in the investment sector, managing global teams and developing distribution relationships. Prior roles include Strategic Advisor at Agora RE, Strategic Advisor at Intelligo, and Chief Innovation Officer at Meridian Capital Group. Razin co-founded CrediFi and served as CEO until its sale in January 2020, providing advanced FinTech solutions for commercial real estate finance. Previously, Razin held senior positions at Thomson Reuters Accelus, leading the Board Governance business and working with major corporations. An early career as a Corporate and Securities Lawyer at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson was preceded by an educational background with dual degrees in MBA and Law from Schulich Business School/Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Toronto.
