Marion Franc

Marion Franc is a Senior Account Manager at Ouster since January 2020, responsible for managing accounts across Central and Eastern Europe, Germany, Austria, and the Nordics, while contributing to the definition and execution of EMEA business development strategies. Prior to this role, Marion served as an International Business Development Consultant at Business Crescendo, aiding a European client in expanding commercial activities within renewable energies. As the Founder of Caring for the Gifted Child: Educational Play from 2015 to 2019, Marion supported the development of gifted children and provided coaching to their parents. Earlier experience includes a role as a China Business Development Engineer at Leosphere, where Marion led market prospection and training of local teams in China, and a position as a Science and Technology Office Engineer at the French Consulate in San Francisco, focusing on the Solar Photovoltaic sector. Marion holds a Master's degree in Science and Engineering from Institut d'Optique Graduate School and has completed educational programs at HEC Paris and the International Montessori Institute.
