Stéfany gained further experience as a Recruteur/Head Hunter de professionnels comptabilité et finance at KEROSENE, where they handled recruitment and headhunting activities in the accounting and finance field from an unknown start date to February 2016.

In February 2016, Stéfany joined Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. as a Conseillère au recrutement and later transitioned to Conseillère, ressources humaines. Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. is a leader in the development and operation of electronic business networks, with over 500 employees across Canada, the United States, and Europe. Stéfany held these roles until February 2019.

After that, Stéfany worked as the Directrice des ressources humaines at Letko Brosseau from February 2019 to November 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Directrice, talent et culture at Outbox Technology, starting from November 2019.

Throughout their career, Stéfany has gained experience in talent management, human resources, recruitment, and client accounts.

Stéfany Clouâtre, CRHA pursued their education in a chronological manner. Stéfany first attended Cégep de St-Jean-sur-Richelieu from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Technique en Gestion de commerce with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Following this, they enrolled at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) from 2010 to 2013, where they successfully completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
