Carmen Aiello is a seasoned Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Outbrain, with a focus on supporting regions including Italy, Spain, the UK, and Brazil since February 2021. Carmen has extensive experience in developing and executing people strategies aligned with business goals, facilitating talent reviews, and driving organizational change. Prior to Outbrain, Carmen served as HRBP and Talent Recruiting Specialist at Mapp Digital, where responsibilities included managing full life cycle recruiting and advising on employee relations. Additional experience includes a position as HR Business Partner at Brembo S.p.A. and an internship at Grimaldi & Associates. Carmen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and multiple Master's degrees, including one from the University of Warwick in Strategic Management of Human Resources.
