Jaclyn Winik

Jaclyn Winik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Outbrain since October 2021, Jaclyn has previously held several managerial positions at Undertone from May 2015 to May 2020, including Manager of the Client Partner Team and Manager of Strategic Accounts. Prior to that, Jaclyn worked at IBT Media as a Sales Development Manager from April 2013 to May 2015, and at Advertiser Perceptions in various roles, including Senior Account Executive and Account Executive from June 2011 to April 2013. Jaclyn began her career as a Marketing Manager at Macy's from June 2009 to June 2011. Jaclyn holds a BSBA degree in Marketing, Communications Design, and Organizational Behavior from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, earned in 2009.
