Rob Lenihan is an experienced User Experience Designer currently working at Outcomes Based Healthcare since October 2022. With a strong background in UX/UI design, Rob has previously held positions at Hippo Digital UK and Health Education England, where responsibilities included leading design efforts for the NHS Learning Hub and contributing to the NHS E&I National Data Platform Team. Rob co-founded iflourish Ltd, providing creative solutions for online learning, and operated as a freelance UI/UX designer at Rob Lenihan Studio. Prior roles include Project Manager for e-Learning for Healthcare and Design Team Lead at 3t Productions, where leadership and mentoring were essential. The career began as a graphic designer at Atelier Media Ltd, which involved multiple roles and client engagement. Rob Lenihan is a graduate of Cheltenham College of Art with a degree in Fine Art.
