John Waters currently serves as the Linux Support Manager at Outcomes®, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, John worked at Transaction Data Systems, where responsibilities included managing a team of Linux support agents and working as a Linux Support Engineer from November 2021 to January 2024. John's experience also includes a significant tenure at NMR Events as a Network/AV Tech from September 2006 to April 2020, and earlier, a role as a Dispatcher at Mears from October 2004 to June 2006. Educationally, John completed a program at Kode Cloud from April 2020 to February 2023 and attended the University of Central Florida from 2001 to 2002.
