Alexandra Lomax is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Business Partnering and Projects at Outcomes First Group since November 2024. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked with Jardine Motors Group for nine years, holding positions as Senior HR Business Partner and Project Manager, as well as HR Business Partner for the Audi and Trade Parts Divisions. Previous experiences include serving as an HR Advisor at Key Travel and as an HR Assistant and Shift Manager at McDonald's. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management CIPD from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Lancaster University, along with academic qualifications from Bury Grammar School Girls.
