Outcomes First Group
Gemma Paintin has a background in psychology and extensive experience in leading and coordinating clinical and wellbeing services. Currently, Gemma is the Service Lead at Outcomes First Group, overseeing a large multi-disciplinary clinical team to deliver therapeutic services. Prior to this role, Gemma served as a Regional Safeguarding Manager at Serco, managing the safeguarding of service users accessing asylum accommodation. Gemma also worked as a Designated Safeguarding Lead at Training 2000 Ltd, showcasing a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of individuals.
