Lauren Nipper is an accomplished User Experience Manager currently at Outerknown, where leadership in cross-functional collaboration drives the development and execution of the website UX strategy. Previously, Lauren held the role of User Experience Designer at General Assembly, completing extensive training in UX/UI methodologies and leading impactful projects like a transit application prototype. Experience as a Marketing Designer and Content Creator at Mila Cares involved designing website landing pages and producing branding campaigns to enhance customer engagement. Earlier roles included UX/UI Designer at Vibe Rec, where mobile application design was a focus, and Junior Graphic Designer at Guacamole Airplane, where sustainable packaging research informed design solutions. Lauren also contributed as a Visual Design Consultant for Presidio Trust, creating an interactive activity guide to promote public park usage. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of San Francisco and a User Experience Design certificate from General Assembly.
