Louise Kolesnikow is an experienced Senior Technical Designer with a strong background in the fashion industry, currently employed at Outerknown since February 2022. Previously, Louise held senior positions at Girlfriend Collective and Beyond Yoga, contributing expert technical design skills. Louise's freelance experience as an Independent Contractor includes working with various clients across multiple fabrication and product categories, notably serving as the technical designer for the Dawn Baker label. As the owner and creative director at Limeade CALIFORNIA, a luxury swimsuit company, Louise developed advanced designs emphasizing quality fabrics and custom hardware. Earlier roles include Design Director at Blue Tassel, Senior Sportswear Designer at ABS, Designer at Poleci, Assistant Designer at Weston Wear, and Manager at Gap, Inc. Louise holds a BFA in Fashion Design from the Academy of Art University.
