Lee Falber, MHRM, SHRM-SCP

Lee Falber, MHRM, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources and operations field. Most recently, Lee served as a Senior HR Manager at Outerspace since September 2022. Prior to this, Lee worked as a Facilities Manager at ZS from January 2020 to August 2020. From June 2012 to January 2020, Lee held the position of HR & Operations Manager at MarketReach. Before that, Lee worked as an Office Manager at BeLikeCoach from September 2010 to June 2012. Lee began their career as a Project Manager at Real Soft, Inc. from October 2009 to September 2010.

Lee Falber, MHRM, SHRM-SCP completed a Master of Human Resource Management degree at Rutgers University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Lee Falber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Marketing along with Psychology from The College of New Jersey. In addition to formal education, Lee Falber obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications from SHRM in 2021. Lee Falber is also working towards obtaining the SHRM - People Manager Qualification (SHRM-PMQ) from SHRM, expected to be completed in 2023.
