Sunina Surajballi

Sunina Surajballi, PMP, currently serves as Sr. Director of Business Process Optimization & Transformation at OUTFRONT Media, a position held since 2023. Previously, Sunina led the Business Process Management function at Alcority from 2020 to 2023, where the focus was on designing and optimizing enterprise business processes for operational shared services. Sunina's experience at KPMG US from 2015 to 2020 involved optimizing IT Service Management processes and enhancing the IT Project Management Office. Other notable roles include senior positions in product and project management at Dovetail, Citi, and ICAP, as well as management consulting at Accenture, where services were provided to various clients to improve core business processes through software implementations.
