Mike Howard

Mike Howard is an Advisor at Outland and has a long and impressive work history. Mike started their career in June 1980 with the Central Intelligence Agency. Mike served in a variety of operational positions around the world and domestically. Their final position was as Chief of Station, which is the highest field position one can have in the Agency.

In January 1980, they left the CIA to start their own company, Howard Consulting Services, LLC. The company provided services to the Federal Government. Mike then started Sayuri Publishing LLC in January 1997. The company published books on a variety of topics.

Mike Howard has been very successful in their career and has a wide range of experience. Mike is an excellent resource for Outland.

Mike Howard pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from San Jose State University. Mike then went on to earn a BS in Criminal Justice/Sociology from the same school.
