Imran Riaz

Imran Riaz is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in international tax management. Currently serving as the International Tax Director for the Americas at Outokumpu since October 2023, Riaz previously held various leadership roles at Baker Hughes, including Tax Director for North America and Canada, as well as the Middle East. Prior experience includes serving as an International Tax Senior Manager at EY, focusing on financial services in Luxembourg and Dubai, and as an International Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working on global tax structuring in multiple locations. Riaz holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University and an MBT in Corporate Taxation from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, in addition to being a Certified Public Accountant.
