Martin Hajda

Martin Hajda is an experienced professional in enterprise architecture with a strong background in business IT strategy and process development. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Architecture at Outokumpu since April 2023, Martin previously held similar leadership roles at Posti Group Oyj and SSAB, where responsibilities included leading teams of architects, infusing architecture principles into development processes, and managing comprehensive IT strategies. Martin has also directed major transformation projects in the Order-to-Cash process at Rautaruukki Oyj and served in various development and engineering roles throughout a diverse career. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and two Bachelor's degrees in Engineering Product Design and Computer Science.
