Kristin Iyer

Kristin Iyer, CFA, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Engineering and Business Systems at Outreach, where responsibilities have included leadership in technical program management and customer experience systems since March 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin held various positions at Peek as the Head of Financial Operations and at Stripe, where key roles included Director of Payment Systems and Corporate Infrastructure and Head of Treasury Accounting. Kristin's earlier experience includes managerial roles at Prosper Marketplace, focusing on finance operations and treasury, and Bank of America, where innovative strategies were developed for tax season ATM distribution and mortgage pricing controls. Kristin began a career in finance as a Research Analyst at the University of Notre Dame, following time as a Certified Public Accountant at Halliburton and Hogsett, Scott and Associates, P.C. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Investments from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
