Megan Korling

Megan Korling is a software engineer with experience in various roles and companies. Megan is currently working at Outreach as a software engineer since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a software developer intern at Indeed.com from August 2022 to January 2023. Megan also gained experience as a software engineer student at Ada Developers Academy from March 2022 to January 2023. Before transitioning into the tech industry, Megan worked as a travel agent at AAA Washington from January 2018 to March 2022. Megan also served as an assistant language teacher in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) from July 2014 to July 2017.

Megan Korling earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Language and Asian Studies from the University of Washington, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. During their time at the University of Washington, their field of study focused on Japanese language and Asian studies. In addition to their studies at the University of Washington, from 2012 to 2013, Megan also obtained a certificate in the Intensive Japanese Language Program from Waseda University. Their main area of focus at Waseda University was Japanese Language and Literature.
