Ye Liu

Ye Liu began their work experience in 2018 as a Software Engineer at Microsoft. They worked in this role from November 2018 to April 2019. In 2019, they joined VMware as a Member of Technical Staff 3 and worked there until August 2023. In September 2022, they started working at Outreach as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they designed and implemented a scalable Go activity feed for real-time events and optimized storage and query efficiency. They also orchestrated a monolith-to-Go migration, resulting in a significant decrease in latency and improved system responsiveness.

Ye Liu earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington from 2011 to 2015. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Ye pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Southern California.
