MacKenzie Frasso

Mackenzie Frasso, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a People & Talent Partner at Outschool since January 2025. Prior to this role, Mackenzie held various positions at Leap from June 2022 to December 2024, including Director and Associate Director of People & Culture. Experience also includes roles at Flexport as a Senior People Business Partner and People Business Partner in the Technology department from July 2020 to June 2022. At Coupa Supply Chain, formerly LLamasoft, Mackenzie progressed through several HR positions from December 2016 to July 2020, starting as HR Generalist I and moving to HR Business Partner roles across multiple teams. Earlier work experiences include HR Generalist at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, Human Resource Management Trainee at Nestlé Purina North America, and various internships in major companies such as Domino's Pizza and American Axle and Manufacturing. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University.
