Kate Cronin is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in technology and telecommunications law. Currently serving as an attorney at Outside GC since November 2019, Kate has previously held prominent positions such as Deputy General Counsel at FactSet and Assistant General Counsel at Citigroup, focusing on technology transactions and supporting the FinTech group. Earlier, Kate was Chief Counsel for AT&T’s CallVantage Service, supervising the launch of innovative VOIP products. Kate's legal career began with significant roles at Anderson Kill & Olick and Verner Liipfert Bernhard, alongside their early experiences as a summer legal intern and ASME intern.
