Stacey Heller

Stacey Heller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract negotiation. Currently a Partner at Outside GC LLC since May 2011, Stacey provides outside counsel for Premium Brands Services LLC, handling a diverse range of agreements, including SaaS, licensing, and commercial leases. Prior experiences include serving as Corporate Counsel for RLJ Development, where Stacey negotiated agreements for over 100 hotels and managed dispute resolutions, and as Corporate Counsel at e.spire Communications, where Stacey thrived in a startup environment and significantly increased revenues. Additional roles include working at Qwest Communications, managing defense litigation and advising on regulatory issues, and serving as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk for the US Bankruptcy Court. Stacey holds a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
